Stanley R. Woodland
President / CEO
Stan began his career more than 30 years ago doing communications research with MediaChek. Stan moved on to SmithKline Beecham and directed their customer targeting, communications research and internal media planning activities. After leaving SmithKline Beecham in 1988 Stan formed Communications Media, Inc., as an external media planning and buying organization in order to serve SB and other pharmaceutical clients. Stan soon realized the vast differences between media planning and buying. In 1991 Compas, Inc. was spun off from CMI in order to allow 100% concentration in planning, while developing an industry changing media buying business model with Compas.

Kenneth H. Jones
Executive Vice President, General Manager
Ken has collected over 20 years of Pharmaceutical Marketing, Publishing and Targeted Media experience. Relevant experience includes the development of break through targeted media services, one of which is the Medi-Scripts prescription advertising service of Medi-Promotions. Ken was also instrumental in the sales and publishing of the American Medical Associations JAMA and American Medical News Advertising Publications. Ken began in sales and Marketing with Bayer Corporation. He is responsible for the management of CMI and Compas, Inc.

Terry E. Goldston
Executive Director, New Business Development
Terry began her career with CMI/Compas in June 2006, with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals industries ranging from sales, sales training and brand management to advertising, promotion, procurement and marketing assignments both in the United States and Europe. During 15 years with GlaxoSmithKline, Terry led the Promotion Management Division that delivered promotional services and support to the U.S. Brand and Managed Care Marketing businesses on strategy, time and within budget. On special assignment for three years, Terry rationalized and negotiated creative fees for advertising, promotion and public relations services throughout continental Europe for both the pharmaceuticals and consumer businesses. Her current responsibilities include new client acquisition and new product development as well as customer satisfaction and retention.

Gia Mauriello
Vice President, Client Services, Media, Financial and MATES
Gia joined Compas in 1995 after spending three years as an account executive with a full-service consumer advertising agency working with clients in consumer package goods, automotive, and other retail accounts. Gia directs Media Coordinator activity at Compas, and has implemented enhancements to all operational aspects of our media buying activity—as well as client and media planning needs. Gia has expanded her Client Services activities, and since 1997 has been Compas' chief liaison with our corporate clients and agency partners. In addition to Gia's Client Services responsibilities, she is responsible for growing Compas' business with current clients, and for maintaining the high level of service Compas provides its clients. Gia was a recipient of the HBA "Rising Star" Award in 2001.

Steve Selinger
Vice President, Media
Steve began his career in marketing research in 1972, specializing in healthcare promotion research. In addition to other healthcare and non-healthcare research assignments at Audience Analysts, Steve helped launch Medico-Media Audit, the Dental Product Audit and Medico-Media Audit (Canada). When the company was sold in 1981, Steve became Vice President, Marketing & Sales for CPS Communications, publishers of Medical Marketing & Media and the Pharmaceutical Marketers Directory. In 1994, Steve joined Compas as Vice President, Marketing & Sales. Steve became Vice President, Media to focus on Compas Partner relations and new product development.

Nicole Woodland De Van
Vice President, Beyond BrandingSM
Nicole joined Compas in the summer of 1998 working in the Client Service department as an Assistant Account Executive. In her ten years of service with Compas she has held many other positions including; Senior Account Executive, Marketing Manager, and now has been heading up the Strategic Promotional Purchasing Division for the past two and half years. Nicole is fully conversant with all operational aspects of our media buying, Reprint, Targeted Media, Media Planning and Strategic Sourcing activity.

Mike Miller
Executive Vice President, Promotional Media
Mike has more than 10 years of entrepreneurial business development experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare-related industries. He is currently Vice President of the Medical Reprints Division of Compas, as well as President of HFS Logistics, a healthcare fulfillment services organization he created, launched, and developed. Compas and HFS work closely together to optimize the application of their respective services for the benefit of their mutual clients.
Mike holds an Associates Degree from Peirce College (Philadelphia, PA) and a BS in Management from Rosemont College (Villanova, PA).
